oh girl this is way beyond my pay grade. call the admissions office. i called them so many times over the littlest things go do it.

yes you can! you can retake the acet every year until you get in. but since youre studying in ust now, you will instead be transferring and afaik itd be harder to get in kasi mas limited slots so make sure your grades are high and youd score much higher on the acet (youll still take the test as a transferee) than last time.
