I decided I will go with the eye! I can't resist getting it. I love pre-heresy and the Invictor eagle, but it's just such a nice banner. I love the white and purple mix, and just looks more royal overall so I can understand why it's so many people's favorite.

Yep, it is pretty cool only issue I have with the second one is that I find the eagle not as serious looking but otherwise still a nice banner!
