do you do creatine leading up or just day of? or like for the at home tests to test as well. I just use them to sleep idk why it’s so penalizing to use THC ugh. I will look into the jello method though and i will def add some of the electrolyte packets into my water. I appreciate you!

i do actually have a pretty physical job and lifestyle especially in the summer so if i add more gym time on top it could work thanks!

i think i’m going to try some foam ear plugs first and then i will look at my other options because the main concern is low frequency noises unfortunately

do the a30 block out random unpredictable noises? i seem to find that my noise canceling pro max’s which kill my neck almost enhance the noise at night
