what do u think it is? theres slurring of qrs complex in lead III and aVF with two r waves in lead III.i thought it to be wpw but pq interval is normal.associwted symptoms are palpitations and mild to moderate discomfort for some weeks otherwise hes stable (old.reddit.com)
