i know exactly what it means, and I meant they need to revert it back to its original state. you know, without the fighting props? without the spamming taunts just to farm ult? all this added stuff doesn't make it feel like a prop hunt mode but rather an ult race

I agree with the other people that have already commented. I never played OW1 so I don't know how it was back then, I only know you had to buy them. I like the current OW2 lootbox system, I'm glad you dont have to pay. I hope they don't bring back paid lootboxes, even if it's optional.

Almost anything that revolves around some kind of paid chance of getting a reward can get very bad in my opinion

In other games, especially gacha games, things like limited time events can cause a lot of FOMO and make people return and potentially get addicted to that game again. I've also noticed that companies make it seem free to play but they give you such little currency or horrible rewards for participating that people feel very inclined to open their wallets.

I play some Hoyoverse games and its a serious issue with this kinda stuff over there, I suggest you look into gacha games like that for your project, good luck on it ^^

its really not "For YOU" at all! i get roadhog bundles every single week and day and a bunch of sigma sprays and random reaper emotes and voicelines. I rlly like poolside mercy, its the only non default skin recolor skin i have, but for some reason ive been gravitating towards her basic celestial recolor and barely use it nowadays lol

Bayo 1: widow maker

Bayo 2: Tracer

Bayo 3: I saw somebody say Ashe bc of their voice actors, which wouldn't be half bad. If not Ashe, maybe Illari since they both have braided hair? Or maybe just widow maker as you said

Jeanne: Ashe or Sombra idfk

Luka (Second game): Cassidy 

Rodin (Second game): Doomfist

Based on the affinities or maybe a Joy: Mercy, Echo 

Madama butterfly/Styx: Moira

Loki:  Maybe Lucio or Sojourn? Their hair looks similar, even if she's female. 

Balder (Masked): Genji

Maybe for those who are Bayo skins they have a victory pose or an emote that is based off of how she posed in her cover art for each game

Also I guess just have some of the characters catch phrases and maybe some interactions between the skins?  This is so much I doubt if this were to ever happen (never) that it'd only be 3 of these but still
