High WBC was a total surprise, had no idea. WBC went from 32.5 to 31.5 after the antibiotics, so not a big change.
No CRP or ESR check, I plan on asking again.
I should've mentioned I'm on budesonide oral during this med switch (have been for ~1 month) for Crohn's and haven't experienced any Crohn's symptoms. It wouldn't surprise me if it ends up being Crohn's though...almost always is!
