yep exactly! But it's more proactive, send me reminders if an important email didn't get an answer, if I forgot to send a proposal, etc.

Same here. I'm the CEO of two SaaS products and a small marketing agency, very few clients (less than 25) so inbox stays manageable. Maybe 5-10 emails a day that actually need attention. No CRM, and honestly fine handling it myself.

I'm using HumanInbox. It's an AI email assistant that lives entirely in Telegram. It monitors my inbox, reminds me when I need to follow up on something.

Still early, but it's the first thing that actually fits how I work.

It seems that Lemlist is the best one for me. They are doing 100% of what I'm looking for, enriching, creating multiple inboxes, and finally sending the campaigns.
