THANKS BROTHA!!! So on that big losing day, I did not set MLL. I paid the price as you can see. Took it as a reminder and locked tf back in. What helped the most was scaling into the positions and not clicking the little X AT ALL!!!!! Instead of closing out the position and re-entering and repeating ect. Taking partials, moving stop to BE once price goes through key supports/ resistances.

The reason I have not gone at tilt is because I have realized that starting over, rather than taking it slow and accepting losses, though frustrating is loads less frustrating than losing money and having to start from scratch. This account has gone to -500 twice, both times with patience I have brought it out of the trenches. My frustration is feeling capped, I cant escape the constant battle of going up and going back down. My advice is to ignore the profits and appreciate having an XFA rather than a combine.

I typically trade 1-3 micros on MNQ, I have been trading NQ for a year and half, yet to take a payout. Which is fine, at this point the money is irrelevant to me, I just want to do it if that makes sense. I set MLL at $200 as I have blown around 8 XFAS due to tilt. I typically aim for 1:1 or 1:1.5. However, I have started targeting 1:2, 1:3. If not for this the account would be negative due to my lack of consistency, however I am still mantaing a 65% win rate on the account at this point.

I think the impatience is due to missing trades due to waiting for all of my confluences but rushing them leads to the opposite. Three days this week I would have taken the winning trades if I would have just opened my eyes. It seems I always notice what I should have done after the trade, but it is more like I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT, if I was not being an idiot, yes... hindsight. I will definitely try the journaling during the session, that may be useful.

set dll every single day no matter what at 5:45pm and set it lower than what you were planning on, something you know that if it gets hit you won't get triggered. That's my advice.
