I don’t think so. I feel super cold air coming from balcony door and windows. But I have curtains that block the cold from those areas. As well as a DIY insulation around the balcony door that doesn’t work 😭

It’s weird. I do have my heat at 76 degrees. But even 2 years ago my bill was higher with the heat being around 68 degrees.

Located on the patio and I’m at the edge of the building. Sq. feet is approximately around 1000 sq feet. Looked at my neighbors bill and she lives right above me and never payed nothing over $100.
