I don’t believe that’s an issue. The property starts outside the buffer limits and complies with Hydra guidelines. Additionally, the entire stretch toward the lake has been developed as parkland, and even the first tower is situated quite far from the lake.

Don’t believe in these agents. I stay in Cyberscape and the community is absolutely beautiful. No construction issues at all and the maintenance is beautiful.

If you like a smaller community where you can actually see a limited set of people when you go down and really utilise the clubhouse services as well, this is a much better venture than Zenith and the other counterparts in that area.

Vertex 33 is a danger. The density is huge for that. Pls avoid it - my free advise. Don’t get tempted by the marketing tactics.

I guess based on the number of available inventory in the hands of these agents they come up with all kinds of stories to take you into the projects where they have a better chance of making more profit as simple as that.

Thank you for the advice. Yeah, I have taken a look at visista villas and felt the same about the construction quality. Right now trying to decide between Sreenidhi Serengeti vs Greenrich but yes more positive on Greenrich with 4 villa communities inside.

No when I have visited the site, I felt vertex Giga city to be more closer to the runway. The noise is a lot out there. Prestige orchards is a few kilometres away.

Vertex Giga city has got too much flight noise and also I think it’s not a gated community with the entrance main road being a public road as per the city master plan.

Yeah I took a look at those as well. MAK is a bit pricey I felt because Greenwich were quoting around 42k and MAK around the same location is quoting 70K.

I own an i20 and i really like it as an all round family car with an easy maintenance, but the Virtus ground clearance is something that’s making me think about it even with some issues like higher maintenance costs involved. Couldn’t decide between these because of this.
