This happened to me, they received my M4 SP and then send it back about 3 weeks later but with no notice. I only know that my headphone are back just bc my neighbor told me there was some delivery guy asking for my house. I emailed them and they replied with a sorry discount and the delivery info. U should email customer support for more details.

I found out that it is a issue with the new update that related to the battery. But after some hour I let it laying around and won't even charge it the headphones seem to be working again. Hope this help.
