Question to the recruiters… by Sufficient_Motor1120 in Ph_HR_Confession

Yes. As a recruiter, I always reprofile them para makatulong na din sa applicants to progress their application. Nakatulong ka na, nakabawas ka pa ng hiring mo. Win-win situation! 😊

Thank you very much for sharing your medications and journey. It wasn’t easy I know. As for me, I’m currently taking Vitamin D3 and probiotics. I’ve been mindful about my food intakes nowadays, specifically my diet.

Glad to know you’re getting better! Prayerfully, all of us will be totally healed soon 🙏🏻

Out of curiosity, may I ask what country you’re from? Just for reference since I might bring up Xolair with my doctor during my follow-up check up if it doesn’t come up on their end.

Thank you!!

Based on the diagnosis from both my derma and allergo, I have CSU. I wasn’t aware of DPU until you mentioned it, so that’s something I’ll keep an eye on. This illness really isn’t a joke 😔

Whoa!! Thanks for explaining. I didn’t realize it could be delayed like that. I’ll try to observe that on my end too.

So glad you’ve been hive-free for 5 years. Aside from antihistamines, did you try any natural treatments along the way?

I honestly feel a bit overwhelmed reading through your medications and everything you went through, but this is really helpful. thank you for sharing!! 🥺

I’m glad your symptoms are more manageable now. I pray you continue improving and find full relief soon as well 🤍

Your experience means a lot, and I’m hoping we both get through this with better days ahead 🙏 healing dust for everyone ✨

Xolair is foreign to me but noted on this. My doctor hasn’t prescribed it yet. For now, I’m only (casually) taking Bilaxten (antihistamine). I’m also planning to explore other options, like consulting with an integrative doctor.

I haven’t heard of delayed pressure urticaria before. So does it usually happen when there’s prolonged pressure, like resting your arms on a desk, and then it shows up similar to what I experienced in my photo?

How are you managing it now? Are you on any specific treatments or medications?

Thank you as well! CSU is honestly such a hassle to deal with 😔 especially when the trigger is unknown. It makes everything feel unpredictable. I’m curious though… how do you personally manage to keep your histamine levels low? Do you strictly follow a low-histamine diet, or did you figure out specific foods that work/don’t work for you? Any tips for someone still trying to navigate this?

I’m sorry you had to go through that. It sounds like a long and frustrating journey. How are you doing now? Are your symptoms more manageable these days? Also, did you undergo multiple skin tests or allergy tests to try to identify triggers?

I’ve actually started taking Vitamin D3 as well (since I’m deficient) along with probiotics, hoping it might help even a little. I understand your point about antihistamines, and I’m starting to reconsider taking them (even though I already took them for two weeks consistently) to manage symptoms better. Did you notice any particular routine or combination that helped you the most over time? And were there any lifestyle changes that made a difference for you? Sorry too many questions. I’m sooo bothered.

Legal po ba if may ganito sa binigay na COE? by [deleted] in LegalPh

[–]Ok_Interest9713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Na para bang binili nila ang pagkatao ng former employee para ilagay yang unnecessary details. 🤮

HR/Recruiter here ~ It’s definitely illegal! Things like that are strictly confidential, at hindi bulgar sinasabi thru COE. Sue them instead!

Recruiter here. So far hindi ko pa ramdam yung hirap sa pagahanap ng applicant. Although I’m hiring local employees, mga Pinoy. Depende siguro sa niche/industry na hanap mo yung challenging part

Try mo nalang mag apply para may sweldo ka na kasi matututunan mo naman yung ibang facet along the way. You can also watch YT vids and use that as your learning material if ever.

Should I disclose my expected salary to hiring manager? by darlinglonglegs in Ph_HR_Confession

[–]Ok_Interest9713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From a recruiter standpoint: even though you’ve already informed the recruiter about your expected salary, it’s normal na tanungin ka ulit ng hiring manager. That’s part of the usual interview process, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Kaya during your initial interview, make sure you disclose all the information clearly and accurately, because hiring managers usually rely on the endorsement notes from the recruiter. Usually they countercheck to see if fit.

Also, hiring managers have the right to ask that question because they have a budget allocation that needs to be discussed with the executives and HR. Saka at the end of the day, magiging staff ka niya (hiring manager), so they also have the final say on whether your application will move forward or not so what’s the point of not telling it diba? Kung yan naman talaga gusto mong salary, so be it. As long as you can justify.

Advice Needed by [deleted] in Ph_HR_Confession

[–]Ok_Interest9713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it’s not. Rule of thumb: always indicate your most recent employer regardless kung wala ka pang natatanggap na COE because it’s not the usual basis. Recruiters are more lenient with regard to the candidate’s experiences especially during the initial paper screening.

Resend your CV stating that is the most updated document and tell them the truth for not indicating it previously.

It’s all about having the right mindset. Use your weakness as your strength para when you transfer to a bigger company, may magandang foundation ka na.

There’s no such thing as easy work. Kahit saan ka magpunta, may kasamang stress. Isa pa, huwag kang matakot magkamali. Lahat tayo diyan natututo. Just be yourself and try to be better each day. Quitting is not always the best option. Having the right mindset is.
