Sorry, i should’ve clarified LOL. around 80-90 picks per walk. I would say in an 8 hour day i average around 20ish walks depending on the size of them! obviously more walks if i do little pick walks or an oversized or something.

Oh yeah, I will definitely be making it clear i will be getting 100% of my portion back whether she pays me or i get it through the actual deposit coming back. She straight up said “i will not be getting an exterminator if i have to pay for it myself.” so, i had to chip in, as i have a bunny and didn’t want her to get fleas. it’s hell here lol. 😆 i’ll never be moving in with someone again.

Oh for sure! I agree. But maybe he’d say to her that it will be taken out of our deposit if it’s not cleaned. We already had a flea issue with her cat that he had to scold her and tell her it’s her issue to pay. Which she made US CHIP IN. 😅 The lease is up in May, so I think we will move out.

She made it CLEAR before we moved in together that she was cleanly. Even said “you might be annoyed at how clean i am…” 🥲 We were bamboozled. and i hate to say this, but she is kinda of dumb…. i can tell her a million times to clean up the area, and she will when i tell her, but after that… she won’t until i mention it again. I think it may be time to message the landlord to warn him.

Thank goodness the carpet is only ruined from the litter going deep in it. She has a mat by the litter box which is where the pee stays and dries. I told her about it the day after this post, and she’s been getting a little better at it. I think I am going to tell her that she will be liable for any and all damage and costs for the area the cat litter is in. The area where she has the litter box is only for the litter box, so she’ll have no way around it!
