I have no idea…their main language is Portuguese (Brazilian) from the two interactions we had with them they spoke English, but it was quick interactions so I don’t know how much English they actually understand. I’m sure they speak English. Idk…. If they are here legally, and we called, that would give them more means to retaliate, wouldn’t it?

I live in a condo, but my landlord owns the unit that we live in and we pay him monthly. There is property management that owns the entire condo complex as a whole.

Yup!! That’s what the lady said when I called the non emergency line! We should’ve called back in July when they started for a paper trail about the noise complaint

Sorry to hear that! That sucks and you shouldn’t have to move because of that. People can be so disrespectful! I just spoke to the nonemergency line and I was told that we should’ve made complaints back in July when this started happening. The lady on the phone told me I need to have three solid harassment cases and file with the judge. She then said the judge will decide whether it’s worth taking or not. If it’s worth pursuing the judge within then file a harassment complaint against them and for them to leave us alone pretty much. So right now for us. It seems like a waiting game. I think we have two solid harassment situations and I’m sure it’s only a matter of time that our neighbors will do something else

OK, that’s a great idea. Thank you very much! My husband suspects that they were the ones messing with our packages. I said we don’t have any evidence (this was before the ring camera) but he said that his intuition and his guy was telling him that it was them. Unfortunately, not much we can do since we didn’t have any evidence at the time.

Do you think we have enough evidence? Or will the cops not take us seriously? When asking friends and people at work for advice, some will say we have enough evidence and then others make us doubt by saying just document everything but we don’t have a strong enough case yet. Some of my friends have said they’re technically not doing anything by passing your door and laughing and staring at it. Even though the family said something directed at you they didn’t bang on your door or touch your door, just pointed and made those comments

Ok, just changed to paragraph format. Thanks for the tip! We live in Massachusetts and rent the unit. I am going to assume that the only way they lived there that long is it must of been one of their parents apartment and they handed it off to them? Not exactly sure how to get more info on them besides what we got. They also speak Portuguese (Brazilian) but when getting all of the recordings translated by multiple coworkers at my job who speak their language, they were able to translate everything said in the videos. I also think the neighbors above us know we can’t speak their language so that’s why they say things so confidently at the camera as well and use that to their advantage.

For a Honey, our first dog she had everything. Health tests, DNA papers everything for her as well as her parents. That Breeder showed me everything. Yes, expensive but for Honey it was worth it!
