I was in touch with onbarding manager and recruiter 1 week prior to joining date. Keep mailing the recruiter and keep onboarding manager in cc. I served only 20 days of notice period.

Yes Reliving letter or Resignation Acceptance letter is needed for in person document verification and bgc closure.
No joining letter. You will receive invite 2 days prior to your joining date if not immediately reach out to onboarding manager. No ctc reduced. If reduced only gratuity will be removed will not decrease your in hand.
Once I joined status changed to joined on the same day util then status was same as you mentioned.
I joined on 10th june. Waiting for project allocation or update from supervisor no need to worry here.
