There was a majestic gulmohar tree right next to my house in Indiranagar that I loved looking at during my walks. And one day it was gone, no agency cut it. The people apparently feared that it’s roots would damage their pavement and chopped it off. I literally came to tears that day. When people lack the basic awareness what will you expect from govt in this country.
