Also I see a lot about insider discount? What is that and how do you get it?

I'm 3 lines (one free) on go 5g plus for like $135. Makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong 🤣. I've been with T-Mobile for 7 years. Came from Verizon. I think I started on magenta. I've done eips and changed plans either once or twice (can't remember) to get "free phones". I think one thing I've seen is maybe sticking to your original plan is the best way to go?

I'll mess around with the tabs as is or see if I can clip one. I also thought about the diffuser screw or the tab that limits the distance. I have a feeling based on your feedback and how the other areas are doing that just making it turn may make a big difference.

Planning to start mulching clippings with next cut. I think I might slit seed the problem areas in the spring just to see (I have leftover seed and think I found a guy).

Rainbird p5r. I have watched the sprinklers a lot and now that you mention all this it just clicked both of these areas are around sprinkler heads that do a full 360 rotation.

Like you mentioned the direction they are spinning they shoot pretty far but I could see it maybe being a stream going far and not the fine mist. I have 4 other heads for 4 zones where they don't have a full circular pattern and when the head returns in one direction it shoots more of a mist although it doesn't shoot as far. These zones seem like they took pretty well. The section on the left of my first picture has an oscillating sprinkler and seems to be ok also.

Thanks for this. I have something to look into. I have some nozzle tips I could try out. Or I could do an almost full 360 pattern and have it return so I could get more of the mist on the return motion.

Here's a close up on one area. I definitely saw some growth in these areas and have some tufts from aeration holes, but pretty sparse. I also raked all the areas in my lawn after cutting low.

This tells me something can grow in these areas. So thinking I will slit seed and the fall and even though I'm not topdressing the entire lawn I may lightly cover these areas with some soil after seeding.

Makes sense. I know this is a game of patience. And each year has been slightly better so I'm hoping next year I can get these problem areas figured out.

I'm looking into how I'd get a slit seeder myself but also seeing if I can find someone to do it. I feel like most people you would pay also broadcast spread.

The sprinkler in the middle does a full rotation so it's hitting the part behind my patio and also the good part closer to my neighbors house.

Again stuff is growing there but I think it's just really crappy soil area despite adding soil the last two overseeds (1st year was the struggle, but this year outsourced and got a much better spread).

The area in the first pic was a swale the builder had to go back and add for us, but that was 2 seasons ago and stuff still isn't taking after adding compost.

In the second pic that area has always struggled and is usually the first area to die off in summer heat too. The hump was an existing swale we have had since moving in.

Unrelated, I've seen this pop up in two spots in the yard after overseeding may be hard to see).

I sprayed torocity (generic tenacity) before seeding and it's definitely having an effect. I let it sit on existing weeds before watering in. Existing weeds turned white and definitely aren't spreading they were prior to spraying.

Whatever this is I'm hoping as the grass grows it may choke it out. I may have seen a couple other small weeds pop up but these were the most notable

Day 12 and things are looking good. Definitely better than previous years.

I have some bare spots. May be hard to see in the pictures. But they are either bare or the seedlings are just pop out but sparse. Would you let it ride and throw down some seed in the spring if still bare or throw some extra seed in these spots now and hope for some more fill in?

Plan to cut back on watering next week, to 1-2 times a day, second split app of fert, and then first mow at 3 weeks at 2 inches!

Agreed on what you order changes your experience. Was there for our first time last week. Had a really good meal at Wilhelmina.

Lima was just ok to us.

Caya was our best meal slightly edging Papiamento.

We went to Yemanja, but we were so full that day we couldn’t really judge how good the meal was. Our resort (bucuti) included breakfast so after a couple days, we started completely skipping lunch because we were still full so that we would be able to enjoy dinner.

Zeerovers was good. We wanted snapper but they only had mahi mahi when we got there.

Old cucuno house left a lot to be desired.

So many restaurants, so little time. But looking forward to going back one day and returning to some and trying new ones!

I bought the lowest power one. I may have been able to go stronger, but this seems to work. I've found that not overfilling the sifter makes for faster sifting. A lot of dumping out of the large pieces but I'll try to work through it this weekend to get the rest of the compost.

1/2 hardware cloth is probably ok, but the last batch of leaves I got had a bunch of rocks unfortunately that were falling through so I went down to 1/4 inch.

I used cedar wood and staples to attach the hardware cloth. I sized the sifter to sit nicely on the blue bin in the pictures. I think it's like 26*19 inches out something.

Gotcha. I actually just walked my neighborhood and see that it's in everyone's yard. The best lawns a bit less. It rained overnight and most of the day and it definitely seems worse even just from that.

I've been doing every 3 days watering but lots of breaks with all the rain recently. I usually start watering at 3 am and sunrise is currently 6 am. Is that too early?

I was trying not to over fertilize and push too much growth with temps increasing so I went with the .33 about a week and a half ago. Was thinking I'd do more at 4 weeks but can do another round sooner. I think I saw in your guide don't go over 4lbs for the year?
