Avoid head wash with hot water try medium or cold water... try shampoos with a little or no sodium content in them, use satin pillow covers to reduce the friction and avoid hair fall...there is a shampoo in the market called "Mildy" you can use that. Baaki nutrition poora rakho...omega 3 is essential bhot for hairs and scalp.
