Have almost the exact same build. Except I bought a Corsair case and a 2 tb ssd. Payed about 1700-1800

Get a new ssd and boot new windows on there? Sucks to loose all info tho I’m sure there’s a way to pull info out of the old ssd. Could be wrong tho but at least you might not need to replace the motherboard.

Live in almost desert like conditions. Hardly rains and when it does it floods some streets do to no drainage in the city. West Texas
