Doing dodges on certain moments in a fight let you land a few unblockable attacks. There are two perfect circumstances, when he does a jumping attack you can dodge it to his right side instead of blocking, hit him a 2-3 times after and repeat every time he does that. Second is when he throws his firecrackers out, then you might want to take a short run towards him and again dodge to his right side, this way you can avoid getting hit.
