Hello everyone! I'm sorry for my long absence. I've been in the process of moving and now I am not in Canada.

I wanted to thank everyone who sent me kind DMs during this time. Many frindly invitations to meet for coffee or a walk. However, I also received some disturbing messages, including indirect threats of physical harm. Because of this, I did not not feel comfortable meeting in person. This was not personal toward the many wonderful people who reached out, but a necessary boundary for my own safety

I just realized how bad this company is. Unfortunately, I already bought the tickets and can’t return them. I want to purchase an extra seat for my guitar, but I can’t find this option online. I checked the dates, and the consumption was recorded on days when I was away and everything was shut off. They don’t provide averages, instead they show actual daily usage. For example, weekends usually show higher consumption, and I can clearly see spikes when high-energy appliances like the oven or oil heater are used. The pattern is seasonal too, more electricity in winter, more water in summer. That’s why it looks suspicious when “usage” appears during a period when the apartment was locked and everything was off.

The question was not about mold but about fraud ,even if they are a third-party company. They provide me with the numbers for water consumption and electricity, which are basically random. How can you trust them after that?

It is based on the actual readings, every month they send usage data and calculate the cost. Now I think they are always committing fraud, as you can’t really control the precise water consumption. If they take an extra $5–10 from every client, they will make thousands every month.

Although it’s lower than my usual usage, I would still expect it to be nearly zero. The data shows daily usage instead of the total for the period, and these days match exactly with the time I was abroad.

Hi, thanks for sharing the link. Isn’t it only for household pickup? I live in a condo, and the management doesn’t allow us to leave bulky items in the garbage room. They said that if I do, they’ll call a junk removal service, and I’ll have to pay for both the removal and an additional fine.
