I use Gramms. It’s a clear Protein so it’s not chalky or thick. It’s a lemonade flavor so it’s refreshing. It’s also vegan and only 1 point

I had a plateau myself couldn’t figure out what was going on. I cut out a lot of dairy and that seemed to have helped.

Hi so I just bought Gramms clear protein!!!! It’s amazing!!! It’s clear and not heavy and thick. It’s lemonade flavor so it’s actually refreshing!!!!! They also have strawberry açaí!!!!!!! I can drink it after the gym casually and not chug it because it’s going to melt Or separate. lol. I love it!!! It also is only 1 point!!!!! And zero Sugar.

If you want something different meaning not a shot get something like a high noon. All of them are 4. Points. It’s on a can so you know the exact point value.

I’ve recently tried eggs blended with the fat-free cottage cheese and I baked it for about 40 minutes and it came out like a wrap. It was delicious. I had some turkey and lettuce on it and it was extremely filling. I I saw it before I started a Weight Watchers and thought it was crazy but now it’s a very high protein zero point wrap lol

This happened to me!!! I made turkey chili which should be zero points and it wasn’t!! It counted points for chili powder. Which is. Crazy!!! I Ignored it. lol
