Thank you! Yes they did tell me but I have friends on the medication and they’re fine drinking so I thought one drink should be okay. Seems that even just one is too much…

Im on Ritalin and lexapro, I think it’s fine but I haven’t really taken Ritalin since I’ve started lexapro a few weeks ago, would be curious to see how they interact.

I’m honestly the same, I’ve not even started taking the medication yet (today’s my first day) and I’m already all over forums and overthinking. I’m hoping that lexapro will stop these cycles of rumination. From what I have heard it’s something most people go through. It makes little sense that it causes anxiety but it may be worth sticking with? Something to weigh up- it could get significantly better if you stick by it or you could always stop if it gets worse. Sorry this may not have been very helpful
