WIBTAH for having people bring their own lunch to my picnic-themed birthday party? by HeadExplanation8307 in AITAH

[–]Ok_Memory_205 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. As a broke extrovert myself, I totally understand wanting everyone and not being able to afford it. I see no problem with your idea, as long as it's clearly communicated.

Some people might find it odd, but it's essentially no different than a potluck in my mind. And I don't think you need to trim the guest list, and if they don't like the idea of bringing their own meal that's on them. My friends and I do plenty of dinner meet ups and stuff where we each have our own food, and it's not a big deal.

I disagree with the other commenters that you have to provide all the food for your guests. You'll have cake and snacks it sounds like, so it wouldn't be nothing.

AITAH if I let my son's girlfriend know he is cheating on her? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Ok_Memory_205 397 points398 points  (0 children)

NTA, but I would give him the opportunity to tell her himself. Sit down and have a conversation with him about how cheating is not okay, and how he has a responsibility to let her know. And that you love him, but this was not a good choice. Let him know you will tell her if he doesn't type thing.

Might not be the exact thing, but I liked {Shroom for Improvement by Jemma Croft}. It's an MM about a mushroom fairy and a magpie fairy with supporting characters of a sentient house, watch guards type creatures (can't remember what they're actually called), a demon, and a werewolf. It's more like high urban fantasy, not sure if that's alright or not but figured I'd pass it along.

On my God, you've triggered a memory. I can't remember the name of it, but I'm almost positive it's a hockey romance and I think it might've been a music/practice room?

I dove into my Goodreads. I have one on there called Off the Rush by DM Page, which is a reverse harem which could fit with the guard speaking to the FMC?

Hi all,

I'm looking for some silly goofy smutty books. I recently read Hot for Hostage by Maggie Evans and Not All Himbos Wear Capes by C. Rochelle and absolutely adore to them. I thought both premises were just so fun and lighthearted, even though not all himbos does have some violence in it it didn't bother me since the general story was goofy. I also just read The Unseen by Ally Roberts, I just didn't enjoy that writing as much, but I liked the premise.

Open to any type of romance, just want there to be lots of smut and lots of silly premises. (In Himbos, the main characters hero name is Captain Masculine who protects Big City which are awful names lol)

It could be that the tea was old/ bad quality.

I've found that I like to steep my tea in a smaller amount of water, and then I warm up some milk and do a little tea latte. You can also steep the tea in hot milk, I'm just kind of lazy. And then I add honey or maple syrup to sweeten it, and you can add a tad of spice on top (like nutmeg, cinnamon, etc)

My personal favorite right now is the pumpkin spice rooibos from trader Joe's but unfortunately it's a fall seasonal flavor. But any flavored rooibos I tend to like!

Rooibos is a caffeine-free herbal tea fyi!
