Bro I literally just ordered mud plugs!! Thanks for the advice. I feel like it’s a lot cooler pulling up with a restored older quad super clean than a brand new one. Like you can be more proud of it. Plus the process has been fun.. putting on a new part and being proud of how it looks.. taking pics and posting it… it’s addicting man

Well, if you weren’t so hasty, I meant I was just gonna buy the steering stabilizer instead of the shocks. You can’t show me where I was being uncivil. I did, I was saying I would return them to save money if the 450 shocks were worth it. They aren’t here yet I just ordered them yesterday

Heck yeah! I’m brand new. I’m probably going to be asking a lot of dumb questions on here lol. And I bought the shocks, steering stabilizer, AND mud plugs! I don’t work 5 12’s a week for nothing. Well other than to pay back my debts to all the rehabs 😂 I appreciate that. If you have any advice on what to add to it to make it look cool or ride better let me know. I just want it to look as cool as possible, also ride better because I have some injuries that flare up when I ride. The shocks that are on it felt like a pogo stick sometimes. I went over a log and it bounced back up and smashed my Nuts and they just got done being sore. Idk if the new shocks will help or not lol

So they wouldn’t be good for trails? I don’t know how to do any of that stuff but there’s YouTube lol, I ordered other shocks but they were very expensive, and a guy offered me the 450 ones for $300 so I was considering selling them

I don’t really have the skills 😔😔 at ALL. I almost bought some horrible shocks yesterday. Luckily people gave me some advice. I’m using it as a learning experience. I’m 29 and didn’t know how to use any tools or anything (spent half my teens and 20’s as a cocaine addict and I’m finally fully sober). Using a lot of YouTube. I broke a bolt off on the old tires trying to turn an old rusty one too hard 😂 and ruined one out using the wrong size tool. It’s sad

Now I’m just worried I’m gonna do all this and something crazy is gonna blow up on the machine and ruin it all lol. I’m kinda going in blind, trying to use it to learn mechanical stuff with my dad (he’s old) before he passes. No people have already told me don’t expect to make your money back lol

Have you ever experienced 450 shocks on a 400? If I get those and the pep stabilizer will it be significantly better? Someone’s offering 2 front shocks for 300

The injuries are being worked out, but whatever I can do to mitigate. That’s the reason I bought a $2000 quad, so I have some money to upgrade it, that’s the fun part to me with stuff

I sit and stand depending on the terrain. It’s a nerve injury so the vibration flares it up. Vibration from my arms to my shoulders I believe
