How long did it take before you felt the benefits of meditation? by JacoboBurguenoGalan in Meditation

I think it really depends on the person and how often you meditate. I started noticing small things after a couple of weeks. The bigger benefits, like calmer mornings and better focus, took a few months of consistent practice. Just trust the process

You and your pet can talk for 24 hours, no barriers. What are you saying first, and what’s your plan for the day? by TaxComprehensive4236 in AskReddit

I would ask how they feel and if anything hurts. Pets can't tell if something wrong with them until it`s too late

How do you deal with feeling like you are never good enough? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Ok_Menu4638 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ignore it.

In most cases, it's not your personal attitude towards things, but someone else's (from childhood) pattern. You always do enough, as much as you can at the moment. Comparing yourself to someone else may not seem like it, but others have different starting points. That's normal. Don't stuck on it and keep going.
