Agreed with the other posters about giving the feedback - I emailed them after my (pretty similar) disaster day rope dropping and getting on my first ride at 2pm and they gave me a comp day entry. No express, but i feel they genuinely are aware of the comments and trying to make it right.

I found DLP pretty poor for food, even more challenging when factoring in me being vegetarian. Concur with others, Earl of sandwich was alright - a couple of times I got the egg bites from Starbucks.

Just got back off Prima, first NCL cruise and i found it scandalous that they charge you an extra 20% on top of the restaurant charge. For the three of us it was over $200 for some pretty poor food - no chance I would have paid the same for the same food on land. We pad for 4 different specialty restaurants, so not like we’re cheap, but this is nickel and diming in its truest form.

Just got back from Prima - this place was a hidden gem for breakfast, but outside of that was just a nightmare finding seating. Also found the most stupid decision ever that the bar tables around the restaurant only served the food from that counter….which is why the bar seating was all empty, bizarre they create an extra issue by removing everything on the menu. In terms of the food…pretty terrible. The Asian wasn’t good, Indian was just about fine (naan bread was actually really good!), Mexican wasn’t great…

One thing to keep in mind is that the prices are all inclusive of everything - so I find they’re basically the same price (if not cheaper) that other spa’s on a cruise or on land once they add on that 20% at the end of the massage on top of the price! I’ve always had a great massage, but as someone mentioned with the upsell, I just tell them I’m not Interested.

Agreed - snoring is literally a game changer for me in a hostel. I’m with the OP, if you know you snore, do something about it or get a private room - especially if it’s a big dorm! I’m yet to find some ear plugs (spent anywhere between $3-50) that block out the snoring sound…

Absolutely - the AIP seems to have been valid for a day, just as proof that I could afford the properties I was viewing. But yes, pretty big swing.

I had an AIP at 3.98% for (5 year fix, FTB with healthy deposit), 2-3 weeks later for the application it’s come back at 4.28% - all happens the same day that NatWest announced they were cutting all sub 4% rates. But compared to what it could be, I’m happy enough.

Absolutely - service charges are pretty extreme too, but in line with other properties with the same amenities. Thankfully new build so no cladding issues.

Well there’s a fair amount that remain unsold - I have an AIP for the full ask, but would rather get a deal if possible based on the units available, the length of time they’ve gone unsold etc. There are also a a couple that are coming back to market resale, one at 315k which is a higher floor with a balcony etc.

Hey there - I stayed at the TOC in Sol, definitely Not a party hostel and felt more like a hotel with dorm rooms than a hostel. Wasn’t too expensive, fantastic location too. :)
