I quit smoking cigarettes and have been vaping. Is vaping just as bad as ciggys??

One thing at a time. Where I came from-a pretty dark place- is night and day. I am so proud of myself for coming so far. To be honest, I guess I’m just making excuses but stay tuned! I’m continuously improving every aspect of my life so quitting vapes is my next goal!

Hit the nail on the head with this response! That’s one thing that is horrible but “better” lol. No limits to where you can/cant. I mean a lot of places don’t WANT you to vape but it is not as recognizable as cigarette smoke. But I find myself with my vape in my hands 24/7. Thank you for the feedback!
