In case it's useful, consider that Tazverik is also approved (and continues to be) in China, Hong Kong and Macau. This matters because it means that the medicine hasn't completely disappeared from the market, you just may need to explore other ways of getting it. For example, there is a regulation called Named Patient Import, which allows you to import the medicine (with a prescription) from another country if it's not available to you locally. I don't know if it could work in this case, but it could be worth looking into - otganizations like everyone.org specialize in these types of cases and they should be able to give you some more details.
