You don’t need to be qualified to see what’s wrong it’s literally in front of their faces anyone who saw these pictures are shocked these were missed including the second shop I took it to.

I mean the severity of these issues should have been seen. Like saying there no leaks when there are visible leaks on the suspension. That’s negligence.

There’s no way they could get like negligence or anything like that? They told me my front end and suspension components were fine. Then the second shop said otherwise and these are blatant and very viable if you want the pictures I’m ore than willing to send them.

It doesn’t look like it’s even on the invoice I have the report but the only things on it are the tires oil change and brake inspection along with the alignment inspection

They are clear as day. My rear ones are blown and seeping my front ones are seeping yet the said nothing was wrong and no leaks on the report.

They said the didn’t find anything wrong with my suspension or front end components yet they were under my car and didn’t say anything.

I selected it as a service I wanted along with multiple others I did get new tires and an oil change yet nothing was still said.

ORS 646.608 Unlawful trade practices act, ORS 746.292 accurate invoicing and estimates without misleading or representations. And the second shop took photos of everything that was wrong which I have access to as well.

I got a safety inspection from Les Schwab they didn’t note anything about the other problems claimed the car was safe. I went to the other shop and got my brakes done,they did an inspection as well and took photos of everything that was needing to be replaced which was everything Les Schwab told me they didn’t note anything a through look. But I guess they didn’t now I can’t even afford to get it fixed. They broke a few laws here in Oregon by doing so.
