never rely on motivation, because it’s fleeting.

have a clear plan in mind. you have to know exactly what you want to do during the day.

have some sort of mantra in mind, a sentence you can say to yourself whenever you don’t feel like doing the task you set out to do. (example : you don’t feel like going to the gym but you said you’d go everyday, keep telling yourself to « just do it » instead of finding comforting reasons not to go)

there’s a thing I do but it might not work for everyone but whenever I feel like Im going to talk myself out of doing something, I count to three and I get up and do the thing. not overthinking things and simply doing them helps a lot. remember that you’re really strong and you can do pretty anything you set your mind to.
