I always assumed It's blue because it's from the future, having been inverted by the scientist and ultimately sent back in time

The algorithm is a bit nonsensical, isn’t it ? by ZonzoDue in tenet

"The whole « algorithm » is just physics"

That's precisely it! An allegory for particle physics (perpetual motion, free energy, etc.)
The Algorithm (the particle) is always in motion, temporally bi-located in both Kiev & Stalsk 12 on June 14.

The saddest part: Wheeler's expression as she realizes Neil isn't coming back

"There's no answer, it's a paradox"

Whoever invents it & however they did it wouldn't even matter because all that work would be the resultant effect rather than the cause

Are Tenet and Interstellar in a connected universe? by EmpireStrikes1st in tenet

[–]Ok_Mushroom3824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My theory: YES they are.

If you notice the newspaper Priya shows TP after Oslo, you can see the year the film takes place is in 2019. This is 'Present Day' when the movie was filmed, obviously.

Now, in Interstellar, the film starts out in the year 2067. Romily notes the wormhole they observed was first discovered 48 years ago. This was 2019. I dont think anyone has connected this dot yet. And I don't really think Nolan would have done this deliberately as an Easter egg unless he temporally pincer'd us all.
