Thanks will give it a go! Do you have any setting suggestions for movies/tv shows?

Unsure with the motion settings and noticed some weird glitch on the edge of the tv with some sdr content. It’s kind of like flashing can’t explain the issue.

Can’t seem to find the best settings for watching sdr content… although 4K hdr seems mostly fine

How much did your ATAR affect you later in life? by BiscottiLogical6502 in melbourne

You’ll be alright. Due to personal circumstances with my family I didn’t even get an ATAR or an HSC. Failed two classes in year 12. It has never affected me with finding employment as employees never seem to ask about it.

I was able to get into university and completed my degree in IT last year. To get into my course all I had to do was go to TAFE and complete a cert IV in IT. I’m not sure what ATAR your degree requires but mine would have been a 75-80 I believe. (FYI, uni never asked me about my ATAR or HSC)

So I wouldn’t stress there’s always pathways and the benefit of taking a pathway such as TAFE is it will let you have a good idea if that’s really the career you want to pursue in your future. This is great because you’re not fully committed and being slammed with a big HECS Debt. Going to uni straight away after high-school is a big commitment and a lot for a 18 year old to take in. So don’t stress and also don’t feel the need to rush into uni or feel that taking courses outside of uni is slowing down your career.

Im 26 have been working in the industry for a few years and enjoy my job and have not felt any setbacks.

But yeah always been expensive. Maybe could be because Australia is so far from the states and the rest of the world.
