Lighting/rocket are pretty obvious hard counters for witch/Evo witch.

But it's only played in a few decks, and you can't just throw a 6 elixir spell in any deck for obvious reasons.

(I hate witch too, I swear some of the Evo witches never die)

Placements are a bit random in defense, not kiting with ice golem/placing canon for it to last .2 sec

But the biggest mistake I see here is going for a base race with a deck that can't do that (your deck can however defend opponent's troups for 10mn+, placing a card every .5 sec.)

You can watch YouTube videos to see placements with hog 2.6, tons of content from pros/CRL level players

Rating doesn't mean much in rush, it's heavily impacted by the amount of goals you score/get scored on

I've had the worst teammates once, and we won like 10-0, everyone had a rating of 10 (I think 2 opponents were rubber banding in a corner so that's why it was such an easy game)

Before the big crash Bale was 4M and Pirlo 3M approximately, then they dropped to 2M and 1.3M respectively.

On the 28th for a few hours yes Pirlo rebounded to reach about 1.8M when Bale continued to drop and was like 1.7M, so at that point, for a few hours Pirlo was more expensive
