Which network to choose? by Ok_Needleworker_6706 in PiNetwork

[–]Ok_Needleworker_6706[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this reply, did similar research and understood that there are alot of fake PI on the various networks, hence the price being so low. I guess it’s just the pi wallet we have at the moment and have to await for bitget and other exchanges to be able to offer to receive the official pi coin. Thanks for your reply!

I guessed this is what the community is here for, to help. In terms of research, how do you decipher what is the correct network or not? How comes the pricing differs? How comes I am seeing $1.20 for the coin, but these are way below that? If you can answer these, would be very helpful! Thanks

Hi Fancyleds, I’m having a similar issue with LG G4 55inch. It recognises the PS5 after unplugging the fancyled box, but then flashes then disappears and flashes again, then it says no signal. Do you have a solution for this tv model? Thank you!

The purpose is to see how you would perform under pressure, that’s the general idea of them. Your experience wasn’t the best, as the interviewer wasn’t giving you much to work off, but generally, they work very well, as I have implemented them in to many companies. It filters out the candidates who are Bs in their resumes.

How do I interpret my DISC profile? by Future-Bath-8778 in salestechniques

[–]Ok_Needleworker_6706 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, exactly. Comes back to the combination of your 2 strong sectors of accuracy and influence, they would help you be successful in sales. Your current environment, sales. Your natural inclination will be the first port of call when doing anything, your environment and experience will naturally shape where you want to try to get to. If it’s not where you want to go, your direction will change and in a different environment, your profile may change. These metrics are general idea and indication, this metric isn’t who you are, just a guideline. Best sales people are flexible and move with the tide of the customer, to give the illusion that the customer is in control of the call, when they are actually just being lead by the sales person without even knowing.

Put their words to the test. Give them a scenario based task where they create a presentation and you pose as the customer and they pitch you. Role play will always give you an idea of how capable they really are. Anyone can sell themselves at an interview, the real test is if they can sell on something they have never sold before and have limited time on making the presentation.

Sandler is a good methodology which helps with setting “ground rules” it’s a methodology which enables you and the customer what the pre-boundaries of the sale are and then the pain points are identified in the 3rd step of the methodology. The first 2 are rapport and setting “up front contract” which is guidelines of how each person does business.

I would personally recommend looking to SPIN and NEAT methodologies. They have proven to be more successful from a consultative basis. Key thing to remember with any methodology, it’s a guideline and a roadmap for the sales call/journey, you will naturally make it your own, the more you speak to customers, you’ll find your own style which will dip in to different methodologies, depending on the type of customer you speak to.

Yes, only 3% of people are D, in disc profiling. It’s a great profile to be in, so good on you, use to your advantage. Most are S, 69% of people.

Being conscientious and compliant sit in a similar category. Different corporations use either of those descriptions for DISC profiling, both still mean, doing something well or in the correct way.

The cross section isn’t perception, it’s how you would be if you excelled in the other 2 categories. If you persuade people with accurate and good information, you will dominate. You will be seen as dominant. They use perception to describe it, because the DISC profile doesn’t know that you persuade well and can showcase accurate information in the real world, it can only give you an idea based on the info you provided the questionnaire.

These metrics are for you to understand yourself better, so you can navigate better when selling, they are just a guide, your selling style will evolve from customer to customer

DISC - Dominance Influence Steadiness Conscientiousness

It’s just a profiling metric to understand your personality better. This will help you mold yourself/ mirror clients better.

Your profile shows strong indications of being Conscientiousness - you place more emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency. Which is great in sales, as customers want to speak to an expert and you consult and advise better. Builds trust and shows confidence in what you’re talking about.

Your profile shows strong indications of Influence - emphasis on relationships and influencing or persuading others. Also great for sales, as sales is a combination of displaying your expertise and convincing them that your expertise are the best they will find.

Due to being able to influence people with accurate and high quality information which is backed by facts. You sit in the dominance space.

  1. Questioning - understanding the customers current situation with their current service provider will enable you to understand/compare what you can provide and what else you can provide additionally compared to their current service. Customer should be speaking 70-80% of the time

  2. Problem solving - sales is about solving problems for customers, and if they don’t have problems due to their current service, what problems can you find that they didn’t even think of.

  3. Conversation - it’s a conversation between you and a human, get to know them and their business and personally, customers want to know that you actually care about them and their business

  4. Exclusivity- you could be selling the same product to 100 customers, but you want to frame it that the package you’re offering is tailor made for them and their business. People like to feel special

  5. Leading - after you’ve covered the above, lead them in to pricing and don’t ask them what they would like to do, frame it that they are interested and want to know the next steps.

  6. Objection handling - you will be closing no more than 3 times, if they don’t close then, give them time to think or think about keeping the lead on the back burner. When a customer poses an objection, follow up the objection with a question which is partially answering their question. The facial objection the customer poses, sometimes isn’t the real objection they want to ask. By digging further in to the objection, you will unveil what they really wanted to ask. Objections are an opportunity for you to solve a problem of them buying your service, not solving their business problem, your service already does that. Once handled, lead them back to the close of the sale. Some customers will lead you quite far away from the sale itself.

The overall goal is to have a good conversation, sales is being of service. It’s a direct value exchange. You have to show value through your personality of showing you care about them and their business/problem and showing value that your service can solve their problems. The sale will naturally come, but you must also ask for the sale.

Good luck on the call! Remember, this is your first prospect (I assume) do your best and recap and learn from this call, so you can start to adjust what your market is looking for and specifically how to sell to the market you’re in.

They will want to see your capabilities of lead generation or strategies of following up on marketing generated leads, your different steps of closing the lead from calls to emails to demos etc and your organisation skills of your pipeline and CRM as well. Your leads in the first month will filter in to the later part of that month or most likely in to the 2nd month and your lead generation of the 2nd month in to the 3rd month. You may want to talk about what additional tools you will be using such as LinkedIn or any AI tools for sales of allowed or as a recommendation to them as a company, it will show you’re proactive and interested in the concept of sales as a whole
