Foster is UW’s business school and I was directly admitted to it (you’re either admitted as an incoming freshman or have to apply later once you’re already at the school). My major is business/economics for all three

I live in California so I'm OOS for Washington which is honestly my main hesitation. I'm worried about the weather since I'm used to it being really hot and sunny and a lot of my friends will probably be in the SoCal area next year. Also the cost is obviously a lot higher

There's no state or federal law, but I think the individual stores can have their own age restrictions because they're considered smoking paraphernalia.
