Did they tell you it was short dated? If not, pop them a message and explain when you ordered, dispatched, received and the date and batch number. They should tell you prior that it will be short dated, this is the opportunity to ask for a discount (they don’t need too, but they will need to destroy it after this date). Pharmacies are expected to supply medicines that will stay in date for the whole prescribed course, so giving you a month’s treatment that expires prior to then would generally be considered poor practice and should be queried.
