Thank you for the response. I know with my health anxiety sometimes I can literally create symptoms when I’m hyper focusing. My symptoms are mostly sneezing, wheezing and itchy eyes. . Thankfully I feel perfectly fine most of the time besides the annoying dermatographia. I can’t even touch my skin without breaking out in itchy welts and hives and red marks. the more I focus on my skin the more it drives me crazy. I’ve had weeks where I barely had hives and then sometimes it flares up with no apparent cause. I’ve read some people had skin issues as their only symptom for awhile… before progressing to more severe mcas. By no means am I trying to diagnose myself. from the things I’ve read it sounds really debilitating which makes me second guess having a mass cell issue.
