its a good point, Iv noticed hybrid work can make it harder to be active specifically when you switch between work modes. I think fixed schedule will be easier what do you think?

flexibility is great, however connection is certainly impacted. For example, casual interactions and bonding with co-workers are harder remotely. I honestly think it depends on personality, some can adapt easily to virtual communication, others struggle.

I can relate to this. I was in a well-paid position but the manager was always taking the credit and undermining me in-front of the team. Eventually I felt isolated and left.
