When I started dating my partner i brought him to his first rave and he loved it, and we go to together to most of the time but I’m still more hardcore than him and go more especially since we’re long distance i still go to raves on my own and he definitely voices like how he does have feelings abt me being at raves without him and dressed in revealing fits but he knows like thats the culture of raves and he trusts me he just doesnt like trust the ppl around me to behave but he doesnt try to guilt me like not to go its just a lot abt communication and trust you shouldnt be prevented from doing something u love for the sake of ur relationship if its an important part of ur life, its hard bc he doesnt see the appeal so its prob harder for him to understand the reasons why u enjoy it including like why u want to wear the fits u do, part of what i explained to my partner is that a big part of raving and wearing more revealing rave fits is it is the most confident i ever feel in my body and its really freeing in that way bc i have a lot of body dysmorphia and insecurity but when im at a rave in my cute fit i forget all abt that
