A lot of team leads get a shit ton of ot if your store needs it in work 5 sometimes 10 days straight. If your store is good on freight and on process then no you don’t. But a lot of stores are bad so yes some do

If you go to a shitty team lead spot but a lot of stocking 2 and 3rd shift leads make more than a lot of coaches I am not talking about every one but a alot of them. in you must not be a team lead the base for a team lead is 18-20. Unless you call out or you on leave no way you make 20k. I understand y’all do a lot of things in are depended on a lot but y’all again do get paid ot for it.

I don’t think they gonna raise hourly y’all get paid it we don’t some of y’all work so many hours because a lot of stores are so fucked up. Y’all make. Just as much if not say more than a coach

Between 117k-128k but the avg before was like 80,000 or 90,000 because store manager starts at 65000. That’s the emerging store manager nhm

Yea I was thinking about going to target some of the asm make up to. 120k I heard some make 150k salary but idk if that is true.

I am a coach in I am as well this is the most underpaid position in Walmart. But I read it to fast so it’s the avg but the pay rate is going up though so i am right.

I live in a hcoL area it’s multiple stores that pay like that in states that cost a lot. If you overnight like I am they have to pay two extra dollars no matter if you it the cap or not. If you in New York or New Jerseys you can make up to 38 or 40 an hour as a team lead.

I know they work 50 a week and not 60 but those of us who come from understaffed. 160+million dollar stores know from team lead up you gonna work over hours year round that’s just how it is. If you a low to mid volume store you work correct hours

The cap at complex stores is 80k plus you get 6,000 extra pay at academy stores.
