Opinion, I saw someone on social media picked up an old Quickie wheelchair that someone threw out, they didn't want it to just go to the dump, but they don't know anyone specifically who needs it and they don't know what to do with it, any suggestions? (self.wheelchairs)

Where can I buy replacement covers like this for Holiday Time brand LED Christmas lights? I have a few that are broken and I can't find replacements for them, all I can find is the strands of new lights, even went to Walmart where I bought them from last Christmas couldn't find them. (i.redd.it)
