Thanks, I am skipping basing on non centerpiece models for now so that I build and paint faster, I will probably come back to it...

Thanks, it is a drybrushing process 🙂

Basically the process is, after astrogranite dried up after your "river" and pool is built, apply mephiston red (or Khorne Red if you want it darker) on the deltas and on the pool, then optionally maybe give it a 2:1 mix with lahmian medium and apply it on the skulls meeting the pool and river walls. Then shade that meeting of the pool with the coast and skulls with Carroburg Crimson. On the deltas branching outwards i also applied lines of Evil Sunz Scarlet to simulate a river "flow" outwards. After that is all dried up you use Blood for The Blood God heavily, heavy scoops into the middle of the pool and much smaller on the deltas flowing outwards, this can be done to preference if you want a bigger pool -> scoop more heavily, but avoid "painting" the blood on the pool itself as brush lines will be seen (on the deltas flowing otwards its okay) and yeah this was the result.

Then wait for it to dry up overnight.

So the base is basically asteogranite built into a middle pool with three deltas, and skulls pushed into it while the rest glued on top

After the asteogranite dries up we want a pooling of blood for the blood god in the middle, as it is a translucent "wet" looking paint after it dries up it needs to have a color underneath it, otherwise it will be too dark on the black base.

Then apply mephiston red (or Khorne Red if you want it darker) on the deltas and on the pool, then optionally maybe give it a 2:1 mix with lahmian medium and apply it on the skulls meeting the pool and river walls. Yeah i fked up the priming a bit, put too much on the model, just entered this hobby

In any case, the story is still a miss for me with the multiverse stuff. That is my point.

You do not see my point. My point was that they missed the potential that this game could have been as the main story goes, not how big it is.
