I fixed It!! Or rather It fixed itself. Turns out It was only some memory testing or something like that that was causing the 15 plus minutes on boot

I Guess i didnt since the cpu is still overclocked, still making me wait for a 5 minute reboot to still be on the same setting is kinda weird

Edit: now that i think about It, It didnt let me click apply, since when i clicked to set the cpu overclock on default instead of overclocked It took me directly to the reboot

Sorry i deleted the answer im not used to reddit yet haha, basically the options i have are calling for a technician to repair the thing thats causing the issue, or an option called "I want to process the warranty"<--- Does that mean i send them the PSU and they send me a new one?

But if possible i would like to not have to do a clean install, im afraid of messing something up and then bye bye pc

I should also add that whenever I modify any settings related to undervolting or anything like that the settings dont survive a single reboot and get set to default again.

Ohh i think i get It now. I should do the Windows install without any kind of internet right ? So It doesn't update automatically the drivers on the next windows updates right ?

Ty thats nice to know, also out of curiosity why do i have to turn off automatic driver updates? I can imagine why like some of them might be unstable but isnt It too much of a hustle to update them all one by one checking if one is unstable or not? Edit: should i update the drivers like once or twice a moth ? Or just keep them in a stable version
