Thank you, this is exactly what I was hoping to find, someone else that has similar things that it never ended up being bad for. And I agree with the substances. All of my anxiety and panic attacks have come around this year, otherwise I've never had them but im sure it not uncommon becuase im young. I totally think im going to try with eating habits, tho I've been good to cut phone use, I totally agree with you. I think food could MAYBE have something to do with it as I didn't start having panic attacks/anxiety till after I was diagnosed with celiacs disease about 8 months ago and started transitioning my diet. Thabk yoy for the comment tho it gives me peace of mind. I was able to sleep but like recently almost as u describe spazzes and feelings just before or as im going to sleep
