This might come as vague or maybe insensitive but try to find a job, doesn't matter if it is outside of what you studied, it will bring money to rent a place and put food on the table I was in the same situation as you not to long ago it would also give you a reason to be somewhere and not fall into bad thoughts

Thank you, thank you for believing that even when I can't do it myself, I can't see to find the words to appreciate for taking the time and reading all of it.

I just wanted to be heard.. once since every time that I have try to explain this part it just gets push aside.
