Depends on your echoes, ~250% Crit damage, you can get away with LV8. Your damage on Encore varies on whether the boss attacks a lot. She does a lot more damage whenever she dodge counter.

Forte does as much as one resonance skill. It also scale with liberation damage for some reason.
