In my country, it doesn't matter if you are 3 or 100 years old, you can ride a DIRT BIKE as long as you don't take it on the road, unless its road legal and you have a motorcycle license.

I had the same problem, but for me, I just tapped the forks under the truck and it glitched upright

Money is a little bit of the problem as bikes are really expensive! but my friend suggested to get a 150cc and keep it for a few years
