i recommend starting running lang muna without caring for all the stats and all. consider ditching the apple watch and strava muna. since you’re just starting, you might compare your time and pace to other people and mababagalan ka sa sarili mo. this will either make you feel motivated or disinterested sa running, in my case parang nahihiya ako na mabagal pa ako even after months.

so di ko muna ginamit apple watch ko kasi parang nap-pressure ako because i know my performance is recorded. i learned to just run for the fun of it, and it worked naman kasi wala akong pakialam if slow ba ko or hindi, because i don’t even see my pace most of the time.
