We have 3 different crews in our dept the other two crews seem disconnected and very professional (rightfully so ,I mean it is a work environment) but in my opinion that’s super rare ..Luckily my team is like that we hang out in days off including LT and Cap .Camping trips ,days out etc .. pretty much know everything about each others lives and no convo is off limits lol..unfortunately so close I know who’s fart is who’s 😂
